![]() OK schefirst I used AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard Edition 8.2 free and formatted a 64gb sd card fat32 and it appears to be working. format.htm to see if this will overcome the problem. If you use the raspbian image then it should work, but if you use SD card formatter and NOOBS/PINN (?) then there might be a problem because SD card formatter defaults (forces) to exFAT which is not supported on the Pi. I plan on installing PINN so that I can multi boot with 5 to 7 Os's. ![]() I was told the on board Pi would work with a 128gb sd card, is this true and if so what kind do I need to get as it obviously doesn't work with my 128GB Samsung EVO SD card. Any ideas why the option is greyed out? Im guessing its not working because I cannot select this option when formatting the 128GB samsung EVO. when formatting the 128gb SD card the CHS format size adjustment option is greyed out and I cannot select it. ![]() I performed the following test I took an old 8gb SD card off brand formatted the card with SD card formatter, selecting quick format and checking the box next to CHS format size adjustment and it worked. ![]() Seems like it wont work with anything bigger than 32gb. The issue is my SD card (128GB samsung EVO) it does not work with the Pi. Ok folks I figured it out but still have a question. ![]()
